Chinese private equity (PE) firm Centurium Capital, which earlier this year gained control of the scandal-plagued coffee chain Luckin Coffee, has so far raised $249 million from US investors for a new USD-denominated fund, according to its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday.
