India Digest: Byju's raises $100m from GA; TVS Logistics eyes stake in Gati's arm

While Byju’s has reportedly raised $100 million from General Atlantic, catapulting its valuation to around $2 billion, logistics firm Gati is said to be in advanced stages of discussions with TVS Logistics to sell a controlling stake in its joint venture arm, Gati-Kintetsu Express.
