British telco New Call gets FIPB nod to acquire India’s Wi-Fi provider Ozone Networks

British telco New Call Telecom has got Foreign Investments Promotion Board’s (FIPB) approval to acquire India’s public Wi-Fi provider Ozone Networks. The size of the deal, however, remains undisclosed. New Call originally announced its intention to acquire Ozone in February this year.
