Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, the property unit of Europe’s largest insurer, along with developer Lipton Rogers, Friday said it they had agreed to takeover the stalled Pinnacle tower development in London’s Square Mile. While the companies did not disclose transaction details, media reports, including a Bloomberg story, quoting a person familiar with the matter, pegged the deal size at $460 million.
