A CK Infrastructure-led consortium on Tuesday entered into an agreement to acquire a portfolio of onshore wind farms in the United Kingdom from Aviva Investors for around £350 million ($450 million), the firm said in a statement on Wednesday.
The portfolio comprises of 32 wind farms located in England, Scotland and Wales, totaling 175 MW in installed capacity and 137 MW in net attributable capacity, according to the statement from CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited.
The transaction is expected to be completed in late September, it added.
