In a significant deal in the technology space, Singapore-based SaaS starup Stamped has been snapped up by a Canadian company in a $110-million deal. In another M&A development from the region, Hong Kong-based fintech firm Kiwi Pay Group is merging with Cambodia’s food and grocery delivery startup Meal Temple Group has a merger.
