Arbor Ventures, one of Asia’s oldest fintech-focused venture capital (VC) firms, has so far raised $193 million for its third venture capital fund, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The US SEC filing typically only represents capital raised from US investors.
