2015 has been a record year for cross-border mergers & acquisition (M&A) transactions, and the Asia Pacific recorded 2353 deals, valued at $523.5 billion, and this region continues to be net exporter of capital, as outbound M&A activities were far higher than inbound deals, a report from Baker & McKenzie said.
