India Digest: All In Capital hits first close of Fund II; Slikk Club to raise $10m more

All In Capital, a pre-seed venture fund, has launched its second venture capital fund with a target corpus of $23 million (Rs 200 crore). The fund has already marked its first close. In another development, Slikk Club is in talks to raise an additional $10 million in funding.
