Aira Capital's Singapore subsidiary facilitates M&A, JVs worth 5 billion baht

Aira Capital PCL (AIRA) , through its advisory service subsidiary in Singapore, has facilitated 10 deals – mergers, acquisition and joint ventures with foreign companies – with a combined value 5 billion baht, a top executive with the firm said. Most deals were the for industrial sector and hotels in Thailand, and were worth around 500 million baht each, this executive added.
