Hong Kong’s private equity firm AID Partners Capital Holdings Ltd has entered into an agreement to sell 81.63 per cent stake in its subsidiary HMV M&E Ltd to China 3D Digital Entertainment Ltd for a consideration of HK$408.15 million ($52.61 million), according to the company’s filing.
