India Digest: Advent, SCG bid for Manjushree; TR, Steadview buy Lenskart shares; TPG eyes Mu Sigma

Advent International is competing with Bangkok-based SCG Packaging for a controlling stake in Bengaluru-based packaging solutions company Manjushree Technopack, while TPG Capital is in discussions to acquire a large stake in data analytics firm Mu Sigma. Meanwhile, TR Capital and hedge fund Steadview Capital have made yet another secondary deal in Ratan Tata-backed eyewear startup Lenskart.
