Singapore listed Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-Reit) said Friday it has reached a deal to acquire 26 logistics properties in Australia for A$1.013 billion ($719 million) . A-Reit will be acquiring these properties from Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC and Frasers Property Australia.
