Malaysia’s Berjaya Assets Bhd’s wholly-owned unit Berjaya Times Square Sdn Bhd has acquired a 1.62 per cent stake in 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd from Berjaya Retail Bhd for $6.1 million. Meanwhile, Lion Industries Corp Bhd has announced the disposal of an industrial property in Klang to Yinson Corp Sdn Bhd for $10.17 million (MYR45 million) to partially set off the outstanding debt.
