Singapore: Gushcloud acquires uFluencer, to set up social media talent management unit

Gushcloud, Singapore-based digital marketing and media firm, has acquired the US-based social media talent management agency uFluencer Group. At the same time, it has launched Gushcloud Talent Agency, a new business unit to provide more opportunities for cross-border collaborations between influencers and content creators.
