Chinese conglomerate Jiangsu Longzhe is likely to acquire majority stake in Indian transmission equipment manufacturer Diamond Power Infrastructure through an investment of close to Rs 840 crore ($125 million), according to a report in The Economic Times quoting senior bank officials.
