She has previously held the position of Executive Director of Investments, Head of Global Private Markets, and Head of Global Financial Institutions Group at Khazanah, where she served for over 17 years.

Jun Qian is Head of Private Equity China at Schroders Capital and is responsible for the overall private equity investments across China. Before joining Schroder Capital in 2015, Jun was a Director at Capital Dynamics China. From 2010 to 2013, he was a China Partner at Diligence Capital, a private equity fund of funds in Beijing.
