The Vietnamese state will offload all of its shares in the Vietnam National Tea Corporation (Vinatea). Accordingly, Thong Nhat Production and Investment JSC has been selected to be the strategic partner of the IPO. Meanwhile, as another state-own utility, the Hanoi School of Public Health, is planning to move its campus, the current location on Giang Vo street, Hanoi, is sold to real estate investment firm Van Phu Invest for $29.67 million.
