ROC Partners to close third Asia fund short of target at $130m: Report

Sydney-based private equity firm ROC Partners is set to make a final close for its third pan-Asia fund, Roc Asia Pacific Private Equity Fund III at $130 million, way short of its target of $300 million for the vehicle, according to a report in PEI.
