Indonesian travel company Panorama Group announced on Tuesday that it has agreed to divest 40 per cent shares in unit Panorama Tours Indonesia to JTB Group, a Japan-based travel agent chain operator. Transaction value is pegged approximately at $36 million (Rp 491 billion).
