Indonesian crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel producer PT Gozco Plantations Tbk (GZCO) has offloaded 99.9 per cent of ownership in debt-ridden subsidiary PT Palmdale Agroasia Lestari Makmur for Rp 300 billion ($22.1 million). The sale was made to a local firm PT Bangka Bumi Lestari.
