Indonesia state-owned infrastructure player PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) has announced plans to raise Rp 4.4 trillion ($324.8 million) through a rights offering by the end of this month. The state firm will offer 1.35 billion new shares, or equivalent to 21.89 per cent of enlarged capital, at a price of Rp 3,250 per share.
