Indonesia: Merger with Pertamina will increase value for both firms, says PGN director

Indonesia’s plan to consolidate two of the state’s largest energy companies, Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) and Pertamina, will have a positive impact for the stakeholders, one of PGN’s top executives said on Monday.
