Indonesia has recorded a 72 per cent increase in merger & acquisition (M&As) deal value in the first half of this year even as it sported a significant recovery in private equity and venture capital investments and IPOs compared to the same period last year. A report by investment bank Duff & Phelps shows the country recorded 90 deals worth $2.6 billion during the period.
