Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) said it will release a Rp 650 billion ( $ 48.6 million ) bond instead of Rp 1.5 trillion ( $ 112.3 million ) as previously planned. BSD will use the bond proceeds for land clearing, building ongoing and new projects, and general working capital.
