The Da Nang Institute for Socio-Economic Development (DISED), Seoul Research Institution and the United Nations Human Settlements (UN-HABITAT) have formed a a consortium to develop a strategic plan for the high-tech development zone in the city of Da Nang, in central Vietnam. In an earlier seminar, a research team, had proposed development of high-tech parks as the new core, urban area for this coastal city.
