Metfone, a brand of Vietnamese telco operator Viettel Group, developed for the Cambodian market, has announced that it has reached a deal to take over the struggling Beeline Cambodia – a unit that Russia’s second largest telecommunications group Vimpelcom sold to Sotelco Ltd in 2013.
