Fresh issues on the rise amid India's IPO boom, finds Blume Ventures report

Traditionally, the majority of capital raised from initial public offerings (IPOs) in India have been through an offer for sale (OFS), whereby promoters of a listed company sell their existing shares directly to the public. However, there has been a notable shift in the trend in recent times.
