Venture investors struggle to keep up with India's soaring public market valuations

India is witnessing a gush of initial public offerings (IPOs) as mature companies make the most of the country’s stock market surge. The wave in the public markets, though, is proving to be a double-edged sword for private capital investors, particularly in the growth stages.
