Blackstone's Yi Lou joins CVC in China, Fosun Capital removes three top managers

CVC Capital Partners has appointed former Blackstone Group LP senior managing director Yi Luo to lead the company in mainland China, while Fosun Kinzon Capital, the venture capital arm of Shanghai-based conglomerate Fosun Group, removed three of its top management team, the China Money Network reported.
