Vardhman Textiles Ltd said on Monday that its board had approved the sale of around a 40% stake in its subsidiary Vardhman Yarns and Threads Ltd (VYTL) to the US-based American & Efrid Global LLC (A&E), the company said in a filing to stock exchanges.
