IL&FS Transportation Networks India Ltd (ITNL), the road development arm of infrastructure developer and financier, Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS) has initiated the process of listing its road assets as an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), said three people directly familiar with the matter.
