US security panel probes Tencent's $1.3b purchase of videogame maker Sumo

A U.S. national security panel is investigating Tencent Holdings’ $1.27 billion takeover of Sumo Group, the British videogame maker said on Friday, in a possible setback to the Chinese internet giant.
