Blank cheque firm PTK merges with Israel's Valens, says SPACs will become more mainstream

Valens Semiconductor, an Israel-based maker of semiconductor products, agreed this week to merge with the New York-listed blank cheque firm PTK Acquisition Corp, even as the SPAC craze has been losing sheen in the past weeks.
