Singapore: mm2 Asia to raise S$5m via placement of new shares; signs MoU with Hesheng Media

Singapore-based filmmaker and production house mm2 Asia mm2 Asia plans to issue a new placement of shares to three investors, in order to raise S$5 million ($3.54 million), the company said.
