Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development has formed a joint venture with Vietnam-based Ecopark Corporation to develop the Ecopark township project in northern Vietnam. Meanwhile, Nektar.ai, a Singapore-based B2B sales productivity startup, has raised $2.15 million in seed funding led by Nexus Venture Partners, according to a press statement.
