Hong Kong-listed real estate company Minmetals Land Limited, through its wholly-owned arm Shengshi Guangye, has set up a joint venture with a fully-owned unit of China Merchants Land Limited, according to a filing with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Thursday.
