Chia Tai Primrose Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group), is increasing its holding in Japanese golf club manufacturer and classic lifestyle brand Honma Golf Limited for HK$ 579 million ($75 million), according to a company filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange (HKEX).
