Indonesia’s TPS Food private placement deal with FKS Group pending due diligence

Indonesia-listed food producer company Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food (TPS Food) is conducting due diligence for the proposed acquisition of nearly 33 per cent stake by Singapore-headquartered integrated food enterprise FKS Food and Agri (FKS Group) as part of a private placement exercise announced earlier.
