The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam is scouting for an overseas strategic partner. According to a report by VietCapital Securities Company, the investor is likely to be a company from a country of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). In another movement, the State Capital Investment Corporation has become Military Bank’s second largest shareholder by acquiring a 10 per cent stake.
