Two Indonesian property firm PT Brahmayasa Bahtera, a unit of conglomerate firm PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) and property firm PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) launched a luxurious property in Jakarta and Surabaya. While publicly listed developer PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) will partner with the US real-estate tycoon and aspiring presidential candidate Donald Trump’s hospitality business to develop luxurious resort in West Java. The step is part of the both companies plan to grab opportunities in the growing luxurious properties market.
