US-based private equity firm Platinum Equity Advisors has made an all-cash offer to acquire SGX-listed electronics manufacturer PCI, which is 76.7 per cent owned by investment firm Chuan Hup Holdings, for S$203 million ($150 million), according to a stock exchange filing.
