Two major cities and several provinces in the Philippines are set to benefit from the latest funds committed by the Japanese government, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and also through the newly-signed water treatment deal between the state-owned Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Morong Power and Water Corp (MPWC).
