Merger of ESR-REIT, Viva Industrial Trust comes into effect

The scheme of arrangement for the merger of Warburg Pincus-backed ESR-REIT and Viva Industrial Trust (VIT) to create Singapore’s fourth-largest industrial real estate investment trust (REIT) with combined assets worth over $2.2 billion, has become effective and binding.
