PremjiInvest-backed unicorn startup Anaplan, Inc., a San-Francisco based provider of cloud-based business planning software, plans to raise $217 million by offering 15.5 million shares at a price range of $13 to $15 per share as part of its initial public offering (IPO), it said in a prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday.
