Royal Dutch Shell unit Sarawak Shell Bhd has transferred its 50 per cent stake as operator of the MLNG Dua liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant to the Malaysian state oil firm Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas), Petronas said on Friday.
