500 Durians makes another close at $26.7m for second SEA vehicle, amends $50m hard cap

500 Durians, the Southeast Asia arm of Silicon Valley venture capital firm 500 Startups, has made another close of its second vehicle at $26.77 million and amended its $50-million hard cap, according to an SEC filing.
