Singapore: MCT to acquire Mapletree Business City in $1.32b deal

The trustee of Mapletree Commercial Trust, DBS Trustee Limited, has announced plans by the REIT manager to acquire Mapletree Business City’s office and business park for a purchase consideration of S$1.78 billion ($1.32 billion). The assets are from Phase 1 of the development.
