Indonesian investment company PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) said today it is in the process of acquiring a local e-commerce startup. At the same time, the company is in talks to divest up to 51 per cent of stakes in PT Medco Power Indonesia to a Thailand-based investor.
