Japanese shipping firm Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) is set to acquire a 25 per cent stake in EMAS Chiyoda Subsea (ECS), a subsea services joint venture (JV) between Singapore-based Ezra Holdings Ltd and Chiyoda Corp, Ezra said statement released to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Friday.
